Buick Rigal We purchased a 2013 Buick Regal and Trent Nichols was our salesman and he was "very helpful" the service not so much. The Buick had problems right ou We purchased a 2013 Buick Regal and Trent Nichols was our salesman and he was "very helpful" the service not so much. The Buick had problems right out of the gate. The battery was dead that in its self you cant tested for. However the tires were replaced and balanced but the balance wasn't right and twice we took it back to be rebalanced. They still were not right so I paid $40. to Discount Tire and in 15 minutes they found 2 bent rims. Now how can you balance tires 3 times and not see that the rims are bent. Joe Slaughenhoupt More

When I asked him what the torque should be on the lug nuts, instead of guess Why five stars? 1) Salesman Jack McVey was well-informed and personable. When I asked him what the torque should be on the lug nuts, instead of guessing, he went to the service dept. to find out. 2) Service director Scott Gregg was very responsive and prompt. Our new Crosstrek came from the factory with a minor cosmetic defect (hood not neatly aligned with front fascia). We dropped in without an appointment and Jack and Scott had the issue corrected within the hour. 3) We traded in two vehicles with no problem, which greatly streamlined the process for us. 4) Subaru's "no pressure/no haggle" policy--much appreciated. 5) Louie in finance was well-organized and efficient. My car was in the shop for multiple weeks and they never called me. Even when confronted with the lack of communication it didn't seem to matter. The problems were never fixed. As for the vehicle. Amazing dealership . After several issues with tire pressures, the dealership responded to my frustrations promptly and mounted four new tires on my Forester. Never in . Never in my dreams did i think they would honor my request for new tires. I love this dealership, especially Bob Wilson who has always followed through on any of my concerns for the past 3 years. I also commend the service department for thoroughly following through on my issues. This is a great dealership and the Subaru Forester is an outstanding vehicle. I LOVE My Subaru. More
