Post buying experience less than stellar. Had a great experience with Tucson Subaru throughout the buying experience. Fast forward to the first scheduled maintenance. The appointment was made when I bought my new Outback and was told it would be painless considering the first 24 months are free. So I show up for my appointment wait 30 minutes for an advisor to talk to me then he proceeds to tell me it will be $108.00 for an oil change. I tell him it's free and he looks at me like I'm an idiot. He claims never heard of such a thing. So he disappears comes back nearly ten minutes later and said the GM said yes. I am not impressed. I was hounded after the delivery if my new Outback to give a perfect survey and if I could not then don't submit survey. I hope this dealership is more about customer service rather than survey results. Like I said the buying process was great since then not do great. Upon completion of my service visit the advisor was able to make things right, therefore I changed my review from 3 to 4 stars. More

For all USED car buyers...Hybrid Battery Warranty!!!! Hybrid Battery Fail. I bought a used 2005 Toyota Prius in February 2017, was never told to buy the EXTENDED Warranty and now in the first week of Jun Hybrid Battery Fail. I bought a used 2005 Toyota Prius in February 2017, was never told to buy the EXTENDED Warranty and now in the first week of June 2017, I am having to REPLACE the Hybrid Battery. Tucson Subaru really helped me out on this one. Review the warranty on the Hybrid Battery because it is only for so many years only! More

Used vehicle repair. This is my second Subaru Outback I have purchased from Tucson Subaru. I purchased a used 2013 Suby Outback about two weeks ago. I understood it was us This is my second Subaru Outback I have purchased from Tucson Subaru. I purchased a used 2013 Suby Outback about two weeks ago. I understood it was used and came with a limited drive train warranty. A week after purchase, I had trouble with the key not being released from the ignition switch when shutting the car off. I took the car back to get it repaired. They took the car in and gave me a 2017 loaner. The Service Adviser Jesse Friedman called me and told me the part to repair my Outback would not be here for a week. I told him I was going on vacation next week and he said he would see what he could do. I got a call two days later and was totally surprised, my car was ready. The repair and loaner were totally covered. From the moment I walked in with the problem until I picked up the car, I was treated as though I had just purchased a brand new Subaru. They respected me and my time. Thank you to Scott Gregg, Jesse Friedman and the Sales Manager (did not get a card). I will purchase from Tucson Subaru again! Thank you. More

Subaru was great on honoring the warranty, but the corporate side fell short on helping get me into a new vehicle when I was done dealing with my existing one. My issues where never with the service response from Tucson Subaru because they were great to deal with. Needless to say I was pretty much done with Subaru as a brand, but I did include them on my list when I was shopping for a new vehicle and actually ended up buying another one. I did so because of my experience with Scott and Jade in the service department and because of Kevin G. in sales. Kevin was straight forward and did not use any high pressure tactics. I told him what I was looking for, he told me what he had and worked with me to get me a fair deal. More
