A happy and satisfied customer !! I currently own and am enjoying my 3rd Jeep Grand Cherokee, a 2018 GC Summit. A great vehicle. Good accommodating service. Was very pleased with my service. Brought my vehicle for a tail light issue and was originally told by the service adviser that I would need to sched Was very pleased with my service. Brought my vehicle for a tail light issue and was originally told by the service adviser that I would need to schedule an appointment, service manager interjected and said the it could squeezed in between jobs. Work was completed in an efficient amount of time and issue was corrected. Waiting area was very accommodating and up to date with plug ins for my laptop to work while I waited for the work to be completed on my vehicle and there was hot tea and coffee available. More
