Our salesman Richie R., from 6 yrs ago was terrific and still helps me when servicing is needed. I called him when my local dealer ship took over an hour to diagnose a problem, didn't have the part to fix still helps me when servicing is needed. I called him when my local dealer ship took over an hour to diagnose a problem, didn't have the part to fix it, and was going to charge a huge amt. I called Richie with the symptoms, he knew exactly what the problem was, and called Serv ice to see if they had the part.. They did! I came in the next morning, it was fixed quickly for alot less money than the other dealership quoted. From now on,I will definitely drive farther away for the excellent care that Elmwood and especially Richie R. provides to their customers! More
