I went to buy a car and Joe met me just as I stepped out of my trade-in. We hit it off immediately and went right to car selection. He did a great job and was patient letting me pick through the vehicles th of my trade-in. We hit it off immediately and went right to car selection. From the outset Eric Muller was transparent, easy to work with and low pressure. He was happy to work to our timeline to secure us the Defender we were looking for. The turn around time on the vehicle was ex with and low pressure. He was happy to work to our timeline to secure us the Defender we were looking for. The turn around time on the vehicle was extremely impressive (4 hours from "we will purchase that car" to picking it up all detailed, registered and plated). Followup from the dealer post sale was impeccable; Sydney came to our home and walked us through all the various settings/entertainment options, etc. Eric has checked in several times to ensure we were satisfied and to remind us of the various perks offered for LR customers at the dealership.
