Hello once again. I wanted to reach out one more time after our discussions. The repairs we recommended were to address the specific concern that you had. We should have presented it in a way that would have allowed you to make a more informed decision. Again, we failed to do that. As I said, if we had taken your vehicle in on trade, we would have completed the same repairs before offering it for resale. All of that being said, I truly appreciate the time you took to speak with me on the phone. I also appreciate you taking the time to bring the vehicle back in and allowing us to correct your concerns to your satisfaction. I wanted to reach out to you one more time, especially after speaking with the technician and getting a better understanding of our recommendation to you. The brakes as they sit are safe for now. Our recommendation to you was addressing your concern of a vibration when braking and to also address the uneven pad wear on the front that was noticed as well. If we had taken your car in on trade we would have performed these repairs before offering it for resale. If it were my mother's car, I would have recommended that she have the repairs done as well. We should have shown you exactly what we were talking about so you could have visualized it better and made more of an informed decision. At any rate, we feel so strongly in our recommendation that at this point I am offering to perform the repairs for you at no charge. If you still feel that you value the opinion of the other facility over ours, I understand. Just know that we, as an organization, are not concerned with how many dollars we can collect today, but are focused on building customers for life and doing what is right for the customer.
