Excellent Car Buying Experience I recently purchased a 2018 Mustang GT from Klaben Ford. My sales person was Chris Volk and he helped to provide a quality car buying experience. Chris was very knowledgeable and of both the product as well as the purchasing process. He was upfront with all the information and no drama. He was professional and respectful of my time. I also had the opportunity to meet Rich Klaben who introduced himself and was genuinely thankful in my interest in buying from his dealership. I also was introduced to Sean Bradford who is the service manager and offered his services in any way he could to help. I was offered a fair price for my trade in as well as a fair purchase price. Once again , no drama. The transaction was completed quickly and efficiently with Jennifer Bowen in Finance. She was knowledgeable about finance options and was again respectful of my time. More

My last experience was not so good. They made it right. After posting my last review, which was not very good, I was contacted by Klaben’s service department manager. He asked if he could make things right. After posting my last review, which was not very good, I was contacted by Klaben’s service department manager. He asked if he could make things right. I agreed, because as I had said before, everyone had been very kind and I really wanted to have a better experience. They kept my car for almost a week, gave me a loaner car, and stayed in touch with me about what was going on the entire time. That was very important. By staying in touch with me, I didn’t feel like I had been forgotten and let me know my car wasn’t just sitting there for no reason. After a few bumps with wrong parts sent (not Klaben’s fault) my car was returned to me. They cleaned it inside and out and the problem was fixed! I am so happy I went back. They did a great job! The service manager followed up with me the next business day to make sure all was good! THAT is customer service! Thanks for a much better experience! More

Dropped my vehicle off for service work (works package and recalls) before a busi Well lets just start with what I assumed was a simple service visit. Dropped my vehicle off for service work (works package and recalls) before a business trip to Florida. My wonderful Advisor Mona, had me night drop my vehicle on a Sunday before I flew out of Akron Canton Airport. She confirmed Monday morning she had received my vehicle, keys and minor list of things I needed to have addressed while she had the vehicle. Few days later she informed me while doing one recall on my vehicle the technician discovered that the recall was to be more in depth than they have ever seen, which required Ford Motor Company to get involved. There was a lot of back and forth between Klaben Service and Ford as to how they were to approach this situation and remedy the damage done to my vehicle due to faulty engineering. Mona kept me in the loop every single day as I was still 1200 miles away. Finally a decision was made, which required a wiring harness and fuse box to be replaced along with some odds and ends. Time frame was a bit longer than anticipated, but the communication I received kept me at ease that everything was being handled as soon as it could be. Overall process was painless, a couple weeks flew by for me because I did not need to call or harp Mona or Sean for updates, they both provided time and time again while my vehicle was in the shop. I want to thank you both and the technician for the great service that was provided, I have my vehicle back now, and its better than new! Kudos to the Klaben Ford Lincoln Service Team! More

I walked out and went to another service center and they informed me that there is nothing that needs to be done. Klaben this is unethical especially that I bought my car from there , I am never going back. I was actually thinking of buying another car ! Highly recommend I take my Ford Focus to Klaben in Kent all of the time. That is the only service center that I use. Everyone is professional. This visit I worked with Sean and he always kept in the loop and told me about the progress of the repair of my car (pretty much daily while it was there). He is very pleasant to work with and I highly recommend him. The service center has recommended courses of action for various problems and even tried to fight on my behalf to corporate about a maintenance plan issue. As long as I have my car it will be serviced at this center. Highly recommended! More
