Attempting to Correct Needed Improvements Originally my Lincoln MKZ was repaired to stop my security alarm from going off due to the malfunction of the trunk sensor. Unfortunately, when my Z Originally my Lincoln MKZ was repaired to stop my security alarm from going off due to the malfunction of the trunk sensor. Unfortunately, when my Z was returned, the hands-free calling feature no longer worked and neither did my trunk chime. In an attempt to make my dissatisfaction more palatable, Klaben provided a service to pickup my car for service and they dropped off a loaner car for my use. This was fantastic. I was well satisfied until I drove the loaner back to pickup my car and found out my trunk chime still did not work. then, I was insulted by the repair manager, who asked me if I was sure that it ever worked? After having my car for four years, that question was ludicrous. He replied that he would have to find a similar car and prove it. I spend the next two hours sitting in waiting room. My issue was escalated to the service manager, who said he did not know why the chime no longer worked but he would do more research and update me. It was also at that point that I found out that the pickup /delivery service was supposed to also include the delivery of my vehicle back home. I chastised my service rep for not telling me. Sean, the service manager, did provide assurance that Klaben does strive to improve their processes based on customer survey comments and he provided written communication from Lincoln that explained why the trunk chime feature was discontinued. Great sales staff and managers Would recommend Joe when purchasing a new vehicle. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered any questions that had. Jim Bills was great to also work with on the deal. All in all a great experience from start to finish. Second note the service department is a little disheartening. My other truck has been there for going on two weeks and they can’t seem to find the issue with the truck. After two attempts to get my truck back to Virginia the same code came up twice. More

Above and beyond After purchasing a used vehicle at Klaben, a mechanical problem surfaced. Kim took control of the situation and went above and beyond all expectations After purchasing a used vehicle at Klaben, a mechanical problem surfaced. Kim took control of the situation and went above and beyond all expectations in getting it repaired. The vehicle was not a Ford product but this did not matter to her, or the rest of the Klaben family. The satisfaction of their customer was the goal and Kim facilitated all aspects. She secured repair of this, on our behalf, which turned out to be covered by a tech bulletin, had a manufacturer's dealership perform required work, and got our vehicle back in record time. I could not be more pleased with the attention to details, her genuine interest, and thorough and professional handling of the situation. From the sales staff to the service department, this dealership is every inch the professional and their customers are their number one priority! More

When I called Klaben service, Sean Bradford asked me to bring the ca The drivers side exterior lock cover fell off my 2017 Ford Fusion while driving. When I called Klaben service, Sean Bradford asked me to bring the car in so they could ensure that there was no defect or damage to the latches that lock this cover into place. He then ordered a new door lock cover and kept me updated on delivery and painting to match my vehicle color. When the part was ready, Sean offered to mail the cover to me so I wouldn't have to make an extra trip to the dealership. Since I volunteered to come in, he had one of his teammates run my car through their car wash as a courtesy. The staff at Klaben understand quality customer service and deliver! More
