I have definitely realized what it means to work in an organization completely committed to and driven by a "customer first" culture/business model. Only fixed what was broken. I appreciated the team not trying to sell me parts or services that were not needed. They were very good at looking for the direct problem and finding I appreciated the team not trying to sell me parts or services that were not needed. Outstanding and empathetic ‘16 Ford F150, 7K, broke down while visiting family in Kent. Even though we did not buy from Klaben, they treated us like family and loyal customers. ‘16 Ford F150, 7K, broke down while visiting family in Kent. Your Money is all they care about now. It was a good dealership when it was Marshall Ford. Klaben is like a breath of fresh air. I would buy a car from Klaben but since Ford won't Honor and take care of a warranty, I won't be buying another Ford Product. I was a Customer for 30 years. Vehicles cost to much to have a car company not stand behind the their product. More

I am reassured that the replacement parts are correct and of the best quality. They are always willing to work with my schedule and to secure alternate transportation should I need it. The staff respectfully listens to my concerns and follows through on explaining the details of the problems to me. They treat my 2004 Taurus wagon with the same TLC and respect as they would a 2019 Lincoln! That's a class act! More

Great Service Took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and 38 point inspection. Even though I offered to pay a few times he not accept payment from me and he also included new wiper blades. This service department is all about taking great care of their customers! More
