I have over thirty years of service here at Smythe Volvo. When I started here, I was pulling weeds, dumping oil buckets and doing general facility maintenance. Eventually I progressed from a Technician to a Master Technician, Service Advisor, Service Manager then Service Director. My favorite part of working here at Smythe Volvo is that we invest our business energy into safety. Over the years, we've had many customers who survived accidents because they were in a Volvo. Additionally, we've had many police officers who come in and bought a Volvo because they've been at the scene of an accident and seen how a Volvo saved a person's life. In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family, specifically going for walks with my three sons.

I have been an extremely happy and satisfied customer of Smythe Volvo for more than 30 years - they are the absolute best. You know they are doing something right when their employees never leave, they star Smythe Volvo for more than 30 years - they are the absolute best. You know they are doing something right when their employees never leave, they start and end their careers at Smythe. I do not believe that they can say “no” to a customer - they go above and beyond to make sure each and every customer experience is positive. As a family owned and operated dealership, they build strong customer relationships which is why Smythe has the reputation of being extremely honest. I know that when I bring my car in for service, the advisor will only recommend repairs/replacements that are necessary and best for the car and will never upsell or recommend needless repairs. More

I’ve literally lost count of the number of Volvos I’ve driven and owned, and the number of dealerships I’ve visited in many cross country trips. Smythe Volvo has no peer. Smythe doesn’t just sell and serv driven and owned, and the number of dealerships I’ve visited in many cross country trips. Smythe Volvo has no peer. Smythe doesn’t just sell and service Volvos, they care for the people who ride in those cars. Over the 40 years that I’ve been going to Smythe Volvo I’ve never been given anything but honest and fair advice. I trust them based on experience. Mr. Tom Coward has treated my cars as if they were his own, all the service staff is wonderful. I’m a proud member of the Smythe Volvo fan club, where customers are treated like well loved family members. More

We have dealt with the first-class Smythe Volvo for years and would never go anywhere else. This visit was to buy out my lease and purchase my 2018 XC60 (I would have leased again but Volvo has discontinued and would never go anywhere else. This visit was to buy out my lease and purchase my 2018 XC60 (I would have leased again but Volvo has discontinued my car color & only has boring, pedestrian colors now). Bob Cerza made everything so straightforward and stress free...he was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Also, a shout out to Ernest Gomez in Finance who made a confusing (to me) process go so smoothly and stress free. I had spoken on the phone with both Bob & Ernest & then understood that I was a little uptight about this entire process and they both assured me that it would be a smooth ride and they were both so right!! Thank you so much to Bob, Ernest & Smythe...a great team!! More
