Sean Kamal, who I now know is actually the General Sales Manager of this store, is shockingly arrogant, full of himself, and profane. Was extremely rude and disrespectful right at the door. Horrible experience, make sure to never buy a vehicle from here as long as they keep him employed. If he is this abusive to his customers I can only imagine how he is to his employees, hopefully they launch an investigation into that. Nobody should have to put up with something like this, and I cannot believe an organization of this stature would even consider employing someone of such poor and disgraceful character, especially in an upper management capacity. More

A transaction that worked for me I first went to the dealership knowing that, most likely, I wanted to trade in my 2011 Lexus RH450 for a newer Lexus. I also knew I didn't want to ma I first went to the dealership knowing that, most likely, I wanted to trade in my 2011 Lexus RH450 for a newer Lexus. I also knew I didn't want to make the decision the same day, and dreaded the usual pressure of a car salesman. Miguel was patient and kept reminding me that he was there to help me...we went through a few options and found a car I was happy with; I still didn't want to decide then and there, I wanted time to make sure I was making a good decision. I had to reschedule my return a few times, but after a few days the deal was done. Mr. Kamal (financing) was particularly helpful and patient as we went through ALL the necessary paperwork, explaining each item carefully. Thank you, Mr. Kamal! Miguel and Sean were great listeners and responsive to my needs. The transaction was not what I consider a "typical" car-buying experience - much better. Finally and not to be overlooked, Yuri got me better insurance costs for half the cost. Overall, a very good experience. More
