If we could give negative stars we would… Ferguson had my vehicle for almost 4 weeks when they tried to return it to us 3 times NOT FIXED! We picked it up had it for about 2 weeks when we had to take it back vehicle for almost 4 weeks when they tried to return it to us 3 times NOT FIXED! We picked it up had it for about 2 weeks when we had to take it back to them for two of the issues we originally had taken it in for the first time! Finally they took it to the Ford dealership and they fixed it in 2 days. We purchased our vehicle from Ferguson along with a “disappearing deductible” in March of 2023, NEVER again will we use their service department! We will pay our deductible to take our vehicle elsewhere. More

Everyone was very nice but there were things wrong with the truck that was not disclosed. Traveling 1600 miles to pick up a truck, I would have expected full disclosure. The photos we received were low resolution photos. The dashboard was cracked in two places, the brake pads needed immediate replacement and the bedliner was not on correctly causing damage to the bed of the truck. I have done business with another GMC Dealership in Idaho Falls and they were TOP NOTCH! Knowing that we would be driving a LONG distance home, everything was thoroughly checked and any issues were presented and dealt with. More
