While on vacation I came to the dealership with a routine alignment problem and they found a difficult to resolve wheel bearing needing replacement. My vehicle - long out of warranty, was confronted with a l alignment problem and they found a difficult to resolve wheel bearing needing replacement. My vehicle - long out of warranty, was confronted with a large repair bill and several days without my car. A loaner vehicle was provided and working with the dealership and Subaru of America my repair bill was greatly reduced. My car came back fixed and shining clean. My vacation continued and my appreciation for both this dealership and Subaru only strengthened Subaru of Jacksonville truly is a first class operation and deserves their outstanding ratings. More

Took my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek "Squad" at Subaru of Jacksonville on 02/26/2020 for his first oil change there at the Dealership and am truly grateful for the maintenance support of Gabriel, Mulkey, Mic Jacksonville on 02/26/2020 for his first oil change there at the Dealership and am truly grateful for the maintenance support of Gabriel, Mulkey, Michael Berry and Michael McClennon along with their exceptional customer service and recommendations as Gabriel, told me that the battery, may need a new replacement as I have been driving it for almost 4 years, plus they topped off all my fluids (my coolant supply was very low) and they were able to rotate my tires as well, something that is very important, as the oil slicks on the rain can be very slippery if the tires are not checked properly. Thank you Sojax Service Team for an awesome experience and we will back once we are due for our next maintenance check, which is due at 90,000 miles. Keep up the great work :) More
