Not good customer service, when I came in, no one acknowledged me and kept passing me and looking at me while they were helping other customer. In the past somebody will say” good morning, I will be acknowledged me and kept passing me and looking at me while they were helping other customer. This dealership is polite, friendly and demonstrate the takes on an humanistic approach when dealing with their customers. Also, I would like to shout out Jordan Christian who assisted me with my Toyota Remote Connect which took over an hour and half to complete with the representative. Overall, Heiser Toyota continues to follow their SHINE in regards to customer service which continues to have me come back to purchase vehicles and I am on my 8th purchase with this organization.
