Bankruptcy is a humbling and embarrassing situation to find yourself, not to mention, the urgent need to find a suitable transportation replacement. On my first visit, Tiffany was straight up about my impending financial status and the opportunities allotted. When the time arrived to purchase a vehicle, I was so relieved and very impressed to find I could honestly trust her word and that she listened to me and was able to brighten my day with a bit of a discounted monthly payment, as I requested. You can't imagine the esteem I felt as I drove away the same day in a beautiful Honda Civic EXL. Shan was kind and patient and extremely understanding. Shan makes you rethink the stereotype of a car salesperson. She is incredibly knowledgeable, open to all questions, a great listener and there is nothing more inviting that working with a Sales person who loves her job, her company, her owners, and more importantly, her co-workers and customers. I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to meet Shan and Tiffany and I highly recommend everyone should visit them at Mungenast St. Louis Honda on Lindbergh Blvd. Here lies the bright side of Bankruptcy! Shan came in at 7:30am ON HER DAY OFF to meet me. This level of service is above and beyond. I am a single woman, and I felt 100% that I was being treated fairly and with respect. Mark, Jim and Mike were also fantastic, and the four of them made my car buying experience EXACTLY what it needed to be: fun and fair. Side note: this is my second Honda from Munganast and I've been using the service department there for more than 7 years. Top notch. Dan Schuppan has been my service technician numerous times and he is friendly and knowledgable; gives good advice and always treats me great. I have never felt intimated or pressured - and that is awesome. To whomever is in charge of this team: Give them all a raise! More

Matt Phillips in finance was a pleasure to deal with also. We drive almost an hour to get to the dealership from our home but going to Mungenast was the best decision we ever made. Tried another Honda dealership back in 2012 and we could not get out of there fast enough. Went to Mungenast then and have never regretted our decision. Great sales experience and wonderful service after the sale. You will not regret dealing with Mungenast or with Shan. More
