Being a Finance Manager gives me the opportunity to work directly with our customers, which is the best part of the job. I love meeting new people from all walks of life. I have a great sense of humor and enjoy providing my customers with a fun experience. I joined the Rallye BMW dealership in 2012, coming from Hassel BMW, where I had been working since 2002. My longevity with BMW spans 15 years. This is the best brand in the automotive industry. My customers are like family. I have watched many of them grow up over the years, as they came in with their parents, and now they are purchasing cars from me as an adult. Clients enjoy working with me because I am a good listener and not pushy. I’m a big fan of the New England Patriots. Go Pats! Some of my awards and accomplishments in the auto industry include BMW Honors and BMW Charters at platinum, gold, silver, and bronze levels.

Shalonda James is courtesy knowledgeable and she was very accommodating she is thorough in reviewing the customers documents and throughout the entire buying process . She went above and beyond for me in this deal because I was in the middle of selling an older vehicle and later I realized that I did not have the original title. I had to order the title from DMV and wait for them to process the new title approximately 20-25 days She assured me the dealership would wait for my sale to be completed and would honor our original deal I would highly recommend Rallye BMW and Shalonda James More
