If you are looking to get a car DO NOT go to the sharpest rides! I repeat DO NOT go here! They buy their cars from the auction and then take pictures and just throw them on the lot without servicing them fir rides! I repeat DO NOT go here! They buy their cars from the auction and then take pictures and just throw them on the lot without servicing them first! So you’re buying blindly. Bought a car the end of February this year, got a diagnosis on it. It needs over 5,000 worth of TLC into it. Tie rods! Oil in spark plug hole, needs gasket seal and needs a new catalytic converter on a 2017 nissan! Smh. They don’t care about you, they are all about that 💰 trust me! 🚩🚩🚩 More

Worst dealership experience ever! Bought a 50k truck from them and have had nothing but problems getting my trade in payed off, check engine light on, poor customer service. They lied Bought a 50k truck from them and have had nothing but problems getting my trade in payed off, check engine light on, poor customer service. They lied to me about the bank, about the numbers, and about the scam warranty that was "included". Be warned, this place is a fraud. They will lie to you about everything and steal your money after dragging their feet to pay your loan off. They owe me money on the loan payoff amount difference. They paid a different amount than what was on the sales contract. Turned off the check engine light without doing any repairs, and said they fixed it. Not true. They even lied about the bank and interest rate. This is not okay. Don't even call them. Avoid at all cost. Even if they have your perfect vehicle. They are participating in fraud. More

Bought a vehicle from this company on 12/06/22. When I test drove it, the tire pressure sensors were not displaying properly. I asked the customer service representative (forget his name) I was d When I test drove it, the tire pressure sensors were not displaying properly. I asked the customer service representative (forget his name) I was driving with why that was, and he said 'it's because the tires are after-market/too big, the sensor doesn't like that'. I purchase the vehicle. They leave it with no gas or windshield wiper fluid. As I'm driving home I realize the left hood latch of the Jeep is missing, causing the hood to rattle. I stop at a different Jeep dealership on the way home, and they replace it for ~$100. I have a weird feeling, so the next day I take the Jeep to a tire shop. The Jeep DOESN'T HAVE tire pressure sensors at all! So I have them install sensors. I call Sharpest Ride to tell them about this and how the representative clearly lied, and whoever I talk to says they'll pay for it. It's upwards of $300. Now I have a terrible feeling, and I take the car to just get a full inspection a few days later. It needs A LOT of work, including diff fluid, belt, etc. They also recommend I completely replace the rear differential, which is extremely expensive. So I call Sharpest Ride and tell them I'm bringing this receipt as well, and that I want to return the car. I speak to Terry, who is very nice. When I bring it in to the dealership for my appointment with the customer service manager Terry, another man (I believe the manager) questions 'Who said we would reimburse you?' Terry sticks up for me. I provide the phone number of the gentleman I talked to on the phone when I called about the tire pressure sensors. He eventually agrees after Terry insists they should make it right, and also says they're going to personally inspect the vehicle to make sure everything is okay so I don't have to return it. They'll make sure everything is okay. I wait all day and when Terry brings it back he say it's all good, I can drive it into the mountains like I planned, and they write me a check for some of what I've already paid to repair the car. Now it's 02/03/23 and I took it in for standard alignment, and the technicians say both ball joints badly need to be replaced, as well as the steering dampener. This is absolutely something they should have seen when they looked at my car back when I brought it in! This is $1982 worth of work, after spending upwards of $700 on a car I just bought! Also, I had to call 3 times for them to send the appropriate paperwork for the DMV for registration (purchased 12/06/22, and they didn't send paperwork until mid January!) Temp tag expired Feb 2 or 3. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as of today 02/03/23. More

I dropped off my 2006 ram 2500 with them for several things being wrong with it. First off they said it would be a week. They had to change the power steering pump and the ujoints, both of which are thi things being wrong with it. First off they said it would be a week. They had to change the power steering pump and the ujoints, both of which are things that I could have done in less than a half days work. I didn’t get my truck back for two weeks. When I dropped off my truck I had told them and wrote down initially that I needed the power steering pump when they removed it because it was less than a week old and I just bought it from advanced auto. Well they ended up using it as a core and got 30. Bucks off on it for doing so… I paid well over 100. For it less than a week prior and it was faulty. When they told me that they did this, the manager that day told me he would get in touch with advanced and get me a credit for it… I even handed him my receipt and he said he would be in touch with me. 3 months later and I remembered this and never got any phone calls or anything regarding the pump… so I called them and the manager today told me that there was nothing they could do about it. They didn’t do anything that they said they would… I had to close shop for 2 weeks down time without a vehicle on a half a day job… why didn’t they just have me bring my truck in when they had a lift available for that day instead of holding my truck and waiting for a lift to come available… ? So far no good with my thoughts and feelings on the way they do business and how poorly the manager handled speaking to me regarding the issue. He acted like I shouldn’t be upset about losing over a 100 bucks on this… like it’s pocket change or something. I’m a single mother of a young child and sorry if I can’t afford to take losses like that. More

I bought a vehicle from the sharpest rides and I've had to take the vehicle many times to be serviced within the first year. The Extended warranty company has not been very supportive. There is no reason to take the vehicle many times to be serviced within the first year. The Extended warranty company has not been very supportive. There is no reason why I should buy a vehicle and have to have it serviced for extremely serious issues within 1 year of buying the vehicle. I am disappointed and will not be buying another vehicle from this company. The gentleman that sold me the vehicle was nice a pleasant but now I believe it was all a game. More

Had a front wheel bearing replaced on our 2016 ram 2500, to start with they replaced the wrong side, paid $100 deductible to get it back with the same problem and was there for more than 3 weeks for 2 hours to start with they replaced the wrong side, paid $100 deductible to get it back with the same problem and was there for more than 3 weeks for 2 hours of work??!! Truck also would've drive right I mean really bad, got only a few miles from the repair shop and my wheel came off on the highway, they didn't tighten the lugs nuts none of them, this could have got my wife or me killed, most incompetent mechanics I've ever seen ever.
