I had to bring my car in three times regarding the check engine light... the first time the light came on was when I came in for a tire replacement. I was told the engine light was 40,000 mile maintenance r engine light... the first time the light came on was when I came in for a tire replacement. I was told the engine light was 40,000 mile maintenance related, but I didn't need any maintenance until 45,000. The tech said they would turn the light off since there was no service needed. However, they forgot to turn it off... I came back a few days later to have them turn it off and Zach Claybrooks looked at it and said the engine light was NOT scheduled maintenance related. So, I had to come back a third time to have actual service performed. Simon Chan was extremely helpful, worked with the warranty company, and set me up with a rental car so I didn't have to wait long. More
