My 3rd Toyota Rav Lease I reached out to Toyota of Wallingford via internet to question the March lease specials for the 2019 Rav 4 as my lease was expiring on my 2016 Rav 4 I reached out to Toyota of Wallingford via internet to question the March lease specials for the 2019 Rav 4 as my lease was expiring on my 2016 Rav 4 in April. My 2013 and 2016 Rav leases were both through another dealer not far from this one. After repeated calls/text to my prior salesman with either no response or responses that appeared to me to be short and uninterested in my questions/concerns and situation I decided to seek other options wotj other dealerships. Because I have previously leased 2 other Ravs and like the vehicle I decided to visit Toyota of Wallingford in person on a nice Saturday afternoon. When I walked in it was extremely busy . I was immediately welcomed by the sales manager who sat with me, listened to my questions /concerns/ situation and was engaged the entire time even though there was lots of activity everywhere. He proceeded to go over all my options with me. He was very open friendly and personable as I found the entire staff to be. As soon as Fred became available to assist me he sat in the vehicle with me and explained in detail all the changes the 2019 Rav brought. He went through the entire car with me , showing every feature and how to use them. He accompanied me on a test drive and was extremely polite , professional and knowledgeable during oir drive. In conclusion , I was extremely Impressed with everyone I encountered during my time at this location. It was a warm and welcoming business which made me comfortable in a most times intimidating situation. The finance manager was clear and concise and addressed all my concerns promptly. The process, which I’ve been through twice already in my previous lease purchases , I felt was streamlined and time efficient which I appreciate. I went into Toyota that day unsure if I was going to stay with this brand or try another. I’m happy I decided on Rav #3 and this Toyota Dealership. I look forward to seeing Fred and others who helped me in the future. Thank you all , I love my new Rav :) More

My wife and I were just browsing at cars on MLK day where we spotted 2 Mustangs in front of the dealership. We pulled in to look at them. This is where we met Eli. He is very personable, professional and not over bearing. Due to road conditions we did not able to test drive. At the time we were in no rush to buy. Just passively looking. We stewed about buying over the next days until we returned Sunday ready to buy. The dealership offered our dream car at a great price and value beating what competitors had to offer. Compelled us to buy right away sooner than we have planned. Next we worked with Sohail in finance who diligently worked to get us the best financing given our current circumstances. I would not hesitate to recommend Wow-Toyota to anyone. Made the car buying experience a pleasure. More
