Purchased a BMW 335i I had the Pleasure of working with Brock when I got to the dealership. Brock Really gave us the full experience. The car had somewhat of an empty carf I had the Pleasure of working with Brock when I got to the dealership. Brock Really gave us the full experience. The car had somewhat of an empty carfax records, and he was able to find and provide me with the full Service record of the car. We had also asked if we could put the car up on the lift to see it underneath, and that is typically not done for customers, but Brock made no fuss about it, he just got the car on the lift and let us look. Lastly, I had set a price with Marek through email, and Brock was well aware of it and honored that price. Overall it was a great experience. I also met Doug, the "finance guy" and he really helped me out with the payments on the car. Everyone at the dealership was really nice, treated us with respect, and truly seemed to care. They wanted to help us achieve buying the car at a fair price. If you're looking to buy a car, I'd recommend Knauz hands down. Great people and great service. More

My salesperson, Judy Powell, was an absolute pleasure to deal with -- a real professional who answered all my questions and made the car buying process as easy and efficient as possible. Best of all -- SHE LISTENED to what I wanted and worked very hard to get me the car that best met my wants and needs. She was patient and an excellent communicator. She even let me drive her personal car because there were no 428is on the lot at the time. If you value your time and you want to make the car buying experience as painless as possible, I highly recommend you deal with Judy. I am very pleased with Knauz's overall operation. Doug Kamp was a pleasure to work with in completing the paperwork -- again, very efficient and sensitive to not wasting my time. And topping off a great consumer experience are the two "geniuses" I have worked with so far -- Luke and Spencer. It is clear that Knauz is modeling itself after Apple -- what a great company to seek to emulate! On the day of delivery, Luke spent an hour with me answering all my questions about the technology on the 328i I purchased. He also answered all my follow up emails. And today, when I brought my car in for its first free car wash, Spencer patiently answered all the little questions I had accumulated over the first two weeks. Luke and Spencer really know their stuff! Like Apple, Knauz has created a system where they want you to understand everything about the car -- if you want to know it, they have experts who will patiently work with you and explain everything to you. Overall, fantastic consumer experience! More

If you want to actually make it easy on yourself to sign on those many dotted lines, Scott is your man! I don't think I've ever been that cheery while writing a sizable check. Scott, like Rolly, is immensely nice, gracious, and personable. Thus, thank you Rolly for making it such a joy to buy my new car....... and thank you Scott for making it somewhat easier to hand over that check! More

The new car arrived 8 weeks after the order was placed......straight from Germany on a ship!........and I could track its progress thanks to George genius colleague Spencer. The 328 drive diesel wagon was a great car, but my needs changed for a larger wagon so traded for a MB. Service at Knauz with Dave, Caeser and Jermey was really good and very attentive. My buying experience and follow up servicing was very good and I recently tried an i3 which is a very neat and interesting car, but my needs were for a large station wagon on this occasion, but I highly recommend George Greve and the team at Knauz BMW. More
