The new car arrived 8 weeks after the order was placed......straight from Germany on a ship!........and I could track its progress thanks to George genius colleague Spencer. The 328 drive diesel wagon was a great car, but my needs changed for a larger wagon so traded for a MB. Service at Knauz with Dave, Caeser and Jermey was really good and very attentive. My buying experience and follow up servicing was very good and I recently tried an i3 which is a very neat and interesting car, but my needs were for a large station wagon on this occasion, but I highly recommend George Greve and the team at Knauz BMW. More

Judy Powell - super salesperson! I recently leased a 535i (my 4th one) from Judy Powell at Karl Knauz. My son also purchased the car I was turning in as I had so few miles on it. Judy, along with Bob Graziano, made this happen with great ease on my part. I'm afraid I was a little confused as to what style car I wanted. I have had several of the same style so I thought I would try something different. Try them I did! Practically all of them! Judy accommodated all of this with the greatest of ease and grace, getting me prices on all of them and looking for colors (very important) as well as how I wanted it appointed (no black carpet!). She finally located THE car out of state. However that dealer had 3 people considering it. Long story short - she worked her magic and I have the car that I love - another 535i! She also had help from the geniuses Luke and Spencer who were both delightful, patient and oh so knowledgeable. Thank you so much to all of them. This is a wonderful way to purchase or lease a car. My husband also purchased his X3 from Judy as well as my son's first BMW. Great experience. Cannot rave enough! More

We had already done most of our homework before going in, but with her assistance she just made the purchasing process even easier. Her selling style was not pushy at all; she took her time when answering all of our vehicle and financial questions. When we were ready to purchase, she introduced us to the rest of the BMW financial team and still stayed by our side for the remainder of the process. A few asides, If you are going to take a CC # and state that you are not going to run it then don't. I found out via voicemail that my CC was charged money for a deposit with out my authorization.. Pricing was not !00% clear when we did our negotiating the day before, I will chalked this up to me suffering from the after effects of National Tequila day (celebrated on Friday) during our shopping on Saturday.. In general Knauz wants your business and worked hard to make me happy, and I am! More
