She offered to wipe down the steering wheel after the work was done with a disinfectant wipe, and I saw her wiping down the door handle, etc. She was extremely sensitive to my situation. No one has ever offered to help like that. That meant the world to me, that she cared enough about my well-being to do that, not once but twice because she did it again when they brought the car out of the car wash. She is a model of customer service. It made my day that Stacy would put herself in my shoes like that. She explained pricing and everything to me. Thank you Stacey.
