Professional and the work they perform seems good. An opportunity for improvement is to follow through. During the inspection they noticed a license plate light bulb out and did not communicate unti An opportunity for improvement is to follow through. During the inspection they noticed a license plate light bulb out and did not communicate until after the service was performed. If they had notified me while my car was being serviced I would have 100% authorized the repair. Not a big deal but just was an inconvenience for me to locate the correct bulb and change it myself. Little things like this go a long way and I would think they would want the extra work. More
