Another great purchase experince We had been watching inventory for several months and when a Tungsten/Ivory Outback hit the website we were very much interested. Fast forward past all of the preliminary leg work and discussion which was handled professionally and efficiently by our long time salesman Dave Gorman, we bought our 6th Subaru from A&T. They gave us a fair price and did all the right things to make us feel good about this purchase. Phil, Danielle, Jesse, Stephan and Dave were all excellent at their parts of the sale. Dave is so efficient. I can't leave out the service department either because they helped us with one of the Subaru's service needs to determine it was time to trade it in. Thank John and the service techs. We will be back for service and hopefully a few more purchases. More

That was the case until I came to A & T Subaru, and they treated me like a person. They told me the truth, showed me options I had never thought of and did 2 of the most important things in sales and customer service, they listened, and then asked questions to truly understand my needs for both myself but also my family. They got personal and told me about themselves and about their cars, which truly helped in narrowing down my choices for the next subaru I was looking for, a 2017 Forester! A special thanks goes out to Kevin Clouser, a truly great representation of not only A & T's culture but of Subaru itself, a true professional who understands family values and truly made this an enjoyable experience, here's to a 10 star rating on a 5 star system, thank you! Tom was very knowledgeable in answering all our questions, both about the cars themselves and the new car buying process, and was just generally very helpful. Both Tony and Stephen were also a pleasure to deal with as we finalized our purchase. We test-drove, traded-in, financed, and drove away in a new car within just a few hours! More

I had called the dealership and talked to a nice person named Ann. She helped me run some numbers on the cars they had to lease. I told her we might be in to see her and we did not want any surprises about the numbers we talked about. She then introduced us to David Gorman and he helped us go through the numbers and the financial part of it. The numbers Ann told us we're the same as he got so we agreed to test drive a car. We liked the car so we decided to lease it. David put us in touch with Danielle Jaworski who did the paper work through the bank and the other information for the lease. She then sent us to Stephen Thuel who explained the working of the cars' control panel and seats and other parts of the car we needed to know. He also synced our phones with the car. We had a very enjoyable experience with everyone there! They detailed it and made sure it was ready to be driven. Thank you to all the staff for all their help in this lease! More

Stellar Experience Chris Anselmo was just awesome. This was the first car I bought on my own and needless to say I didn't really know what I was doing. He was more than happy to walk me through every step of the process and made sure I understood everything. He was super friendly and super smart, helping me troubleshoot an issue quickly that came up once I was ready to buy the car to make sure I could still drive home with it yesterday, as I had concerns about driving my prior vehicle. Overall an A+++ experience, Stephen was also awesome, explaining each part of the car to me and setting up my Bluetooth for me. Very knowledgeable team and I will definitely be back! More
