I lost all trust in this dealership due to behavior of service agents who attempted to sell me a battery that wasn’t needed. Moreover they acted miffed that I declined to buy it and put on an act to make service agents who attempted to sell me a battery that wasn’t needed. Moreover they acted miffed that I declined to buy it and put on an act to make me feel at risk. They at one point suggested that my car might not operate after having it for 5 days to change a starter. No honest advice about the risks of using an older battery with a new starter which would have been appropriate and appreciated. I made my comments and you lost my family business after purchasing 2 vehicles there. More
