The dealership was clean and they had the car that we requested to test drive ready for us when we arrived. Unfortunately, everything seemed to take forever. And we paid cash! It usually takes half that time at other dealerships. With financing! We used the Value Your Trade in on the website to determine the value of our 2016 RAV4. We were very conservative on the condition. But then the dealer offered us more than $1000 less than what the website said it was worth. This is total false advertising. We only got what it was worth after threatening to leave without a sale. Salesman seemed very disinterested during the buying process. He made many mistakes on the paperwork. He spent a lot of time on his IPhone instead of interacting with us. He was better when we picked up the vehicle and he spent time with us showing the vehicle features before we drove away. He also answered all our questions. The car was in immaculate condition when we picked it up. More
