It was a lot of lack of transparency.#1 not explaining the three year guarantee warranty that I was told by Derek the finance rep that I had no choice to take it, that it would not make any difference in the sales price of the vehicle. Which I still believe is not accurate, but that’s for a later day.#2 the detail work on the vehicle was absolutely horrific, after complaining the first time they said that they detailed the Mazda, but little was done. Also, you can’t tell me that no one there knew anything about the front windshield being scratched up, which I thought initially it was just not cleaned. But after I detailed it and sent it through the car wash, I noticed that the passenger front windshield had a huge wiper scrape embedded into the windshield. After I took the vehicle back the second time to get this resolved, I was told that they had no idea that had happened, and if I wanted it to be fixed I would have to pay for it. (which I did get it resolved $300 ) So I’m not certain what they did to my vehicle after I dropped it off when I brought it in for service, Stephen said he wasn’t sure and there was no invoice given to me, after waiting three hours, all I got was an apology and pretty much in so many words that’s the best they could do. With all of this being explained I don’t expect anything would go any different in the future with this particular dealership. I also believe some. dealerships tried to wear down the customer and then after 3 to 4 hours still there at the dealership, the customers just pretty much signing their savings away, just to be done with it. Pretty much what they do at an interrogation I would believe.And then to find out later, they wish there was more explanations given before initials and signature with all the snuck in hidden fees But there you have it, my honest experience and pov. More
