They missed a serious problem -- the engine mounts were damaged and needed replacement. The entire engine was shifting while I was driving. They never drove my vehicle. If they would have drove the vehicle, they would have clearly heard the engine shifting. This is gross negligence. More

Impressive new diagnostic equipment that shows amazing car details! I learned so much from Steve Miller about my car. Service Dept. sent video re: my multi-car inspection and 2 recommendations. Steve Miller texted info to my phone in addition to explaining everything. I had a full detail which was fantastic. My 2010 4 Runner LTD including whitening headlights looked fantastic! I had the privilege to rent a new Highlander overnight instead of the shuttle. That was fun driving the new model! It adds security to have a car available when your significant other just had cataract surgery the day before. From the time I drive up, until the time I check out, I feel confident that Beaver Toyota and their “family” will take good care of me, too.
