I went yesterday and it nothing like I expected. I’m about to be 20 and I’ve never bought a vehicle from a dealership before. I walked in and they got me with a salesperson immediately. Then the first thing they asked me is if I wanted a drink or any food, that really threw me for a loop. However my experience there was really good and easy. My salesperson was Stockton and he helped me out so much by showing me different ways I could get a vehicle from there and helped me through anything I didn’t know. He was relaxed and very helpful to me. If and or when I go back I would love to have him again. Finally after hours of paperwork with Toyota and dealing with my insurance I went to Alfred for all of my financial paperwork and warranty’s, he made picking and making my own warranties really easy and he has a huge tabletop tablet thing that was very cool. I’m total everybody really helped me out a lot because I’ve never done it before and they made it very easy. I am going to highly recommend anybody that wants a new vehicle to go to this dealership. More
