We walked in to Honda in Paramus and told the receptionist were looking to replace our Odyssey that was totaled from Hurricane Ida. 2 minutes later she brought Hamad out to us and- word for word receptionist were looking to replace our Odyssey that was totaled from Hurricane Ida. 2 minutes later she brought Hamad out to us and- word for word she says “Okay I brought you our best one, you’ll see.” She wasn’t kidding. If you are looking for someone who thoroughly knows what they are doing, someone who will work with you, someone who will be very honest and who is extremely personable, then Hamad is your guy. You’ll see, after 5 minutes of working with Hamad, that he is working for your good, not to just make a sale. Just a genuine guy who clearly knows the ins and outs of the car industry. We left with a beautiful van, despite my husbands hesitations lol (thanks Hamad) , and an overall amazing experience. More

This is my third time at this dealership. I return because I appreciate and am grateful for the excellent service. I first contacted Bill Sutera and explained to him my situation. Bill then referred me to Alex Barnabe who was extremely helpful and patient with me . He took the time to go through options available and that would work for me. He also worked with me to get my car installed with hand control driving devices. He went through all the features and also said if I needed further explanation I could call and come in at another date. I highly recomment DCH Paramus Honda. More
