At the dealership, we signed unreliable! Do not purchase if you expect any vehicle support. We bought a CPO 2019 Honda Ridgeline here two weeks ago. At the dealership, we signed agreements and disclosures, assured we'd receive copies of all including CPO warranty papers by mail. Now they refuse, claiming only the bill of sale is due, to later deny all warranty claims. Avoid this dealership at all costs. We're escalating and taking legal action. Our sales rep is Jacob, finance rep is Sunil. Sunil said we didnt sign any CPO paperwork, proving how far they'll go to withhold info. We've left a message for the general manager and are escalating to Lithia and Honda, prepping legal action. More
