Susan Ward helped us understand all the bells and whistles on this car: she patiently worked with my wife to custom tailor all of the features so it feels like its designed just for her. More

I set up an appointment ahead of time and they were ready for us with a car of our desire. The sales person did a thorough explanation of the systems, dashboard and all the goodies the car had to offer. The for us with a car of our desire. The sales person then took us for a ride to show off the impressive power and handling of the vehicle! We then took a drive for ourselves and decided on next steps. The dealer didn’t have the options we wanted on the lot, so we ordered a custom build. Once the car was delivered, we arrived to a bow on the car in the showroom and we picked up our beauty. Paul was our sales person and is very personable, kind and knowledgeable. On delivery, Susan walked us through setting up our BMW account on the app and syncing to the car. She did a wonderful job explaining the ins and outs of the apps and walking around the car to show us everything worked as it should. More
