Service checkup Only problem: in the year I have had the car I have been back 5 or 6 times to find.out to use the navigation. Doug spent an hour with me last Friday and said he had never seen this problem before. I have to make an appt with him this week to see if he can fix it. It is an 80 mile round trip for me. More

I would recommend the dealership I emailed Tom Mac several times and he NEVER answered them. I have emailed several other people (sales and finance) no one has yet to answer them, On I emailed Tom Mac several times and he NEVER answered them. I have emailed several other people (sales and finance) no one has yet to answer them, One was to finance concerning assistance with SETF. As of today STILL NO RESPONSE. Email is easier for me but after not ever hearing from Tom Mac I called him. When asked about his email he said "I may look at them but it is best to call me". And when I called him he was more interested in getting me off the phone then to answer. For instant in the "Toyota Certified Used Vehicle Warranty Supplement" it says on page 7 Under title, LIMITED POWERTRAIN Warranty Period" it says "(the expiration date should be included on page 1 of this supplement. If it is not, please contact your selling dealer." I told Tom it was not filled out llike it says. He said, "well fill it out if you want". I guess after the sale customer time from the salesmen is no longer required. ALL employee's should be advised that emails are important especially from customers and they should check and respond to them daily!!! And if they are too busy to talk to a customer they should call the customer back. More

I had a bad battery and a couple of other small issues with my Camry and when I arrived, I was late for work. Laura was quick to get me in and out of the dealership with the help of Maria to minimize my time away from work. I was able to get a rental car and head to work! I highly recommend Beaver Toyota and especially Laura and Maria! More

Outstanding Service After experiencing several less than satisfactory dealer services in the Jacksonville-St Augustine area, I switched to Beaver Toyota. In all aspects After experiencing several less than satisfactory dealer services in the Jacksonville-St Augustine area, I switched to Beaver Toyota. In all aspects of service they are outstanding. Among all the service centers I have experienced for more than fifty years, Beaver is undoubtedly the best. Systems are in place to assure customer satisfaction; systems I have never seen before. As one encounters excellent interactions with all staff, one realizes that training and management are at the highest industry standards. Over the past few weeks, I encountered a series of difficulties with a third party business that failed to provide a specialized maintenance service. Though this was not the responsibility of Beaver, Beaver staff promptly acted to solve problems and make everything right. Special credit to Tammy Caroul for seeing my problem, interceding promptly and bringing the matter to the attention of management. Nick Reuther listened, understood quickly and promptly overcame all obstacles. In two days, he made right what had gone wrong for weeks. As a career professional in organization and leadership development, it was apparent to me that he has great potential for top management. More
