I had been shopping on line for a new Traverse for a couple of months and finally located a match at Colonial West Chevy. It's a tough vehicle to find due to chip shortage and backlog at the factory. I couple of months and finally located a match at Colonial West Chevy. It's a tough vehicle to find due to chip shortage and backlog at the factory. I filled out the dealership contact request and called on Saturday morning. I was quite surprised that the General Manager Tania Audet answered the phone and had just looked at my information request. She verified the Traverse was on the lot and set up an appointment to test drive. We live an hour plus from the dealership and Tania is a very pleasant and accommodating lady. When we arrived at the dealership she came out to greet us personally and handed us off to Sean Salem. Sean was great. No pressure with just a few formalities and we were off for a test drive. We closed the deal with Sean that afternoon. He was very attentive, answered all our questions and followed up with the finance manager to get us expedited. All in all as good an experience you could have when buying a new vehicle. More
