2019 Ram Laramie purchased 2018 been in the shop at least once a month since purchase for days at a time. Dealership schedules appointments promises loaner only for no loaner upon arrival. Covered warranty items are not covered due to apparently being damaged by the owner who doesn’t drive off terrain just highway and i am very picky about my truck being perfect. Radio was defective couldn’t be replaced until FCA put out a fix so family trip was canceled due to no navigation available. On numerous occasions i have scheduled appointments with loaner car provided upon arrival no car then it takes two days to replace a switch , look at my exhaust (which is now determined to be leaking but I’ve only been complaining about it for a year and told i don’t have a leak and not covered under mopar warranty) Steering wheel needs replacement for 3rd time but due to it deteriorating for the 3rd time its not covered under mopar warranty but first two times it was. Speakers have been replaced at least three times the screen blinks causing severe margins and nausea and the screen shows rear view while driving causing major distraction and illness. Upon opening the tailgate it literally came off into my hand and legs and now does not function properly since falling off but again is not covered for repair and blamed on my bed cover for this issue but problem existed prior too the cover being installed . This truck is junk other then its looks I’ve never been so disappointed in a automobile and a dealership like this absolutely poor customer service. I have given the dealership sales department several opportunities to work a new deal out and get me out of this truck or rectify the problem due to the safety issues and my family driving in this truck, but i never hear back or get a solution to the defective problems that need to be rectified through the warranty or lemon laws More
