It was a disorganized transaction. I put a deposit on a car to lease on a Wednesday night - when I went back Saturday to pick it up on Saturday the dealership had sold it to someone e I put a deposit on a car to lease on a Wednesday night - when I went back Saturday to pick it up on Saturday the dealership had sold it to someone else. They had another car which worked but the transaction took 2 full hours - including “accidentally shredding” all my paperwork so it had to be re-signed and telling me at 1:55 (when I had already been there for an hour) that my Certified Check was made out incorrectly and that I should “run the 4 blocks” to the bank before it closed in order to correct it. No one showed me how to use any of the controls in the car before I left. It was just a rather chaotic 2 hours. More

Unlike other dealerships, they actually seem to have the foresight to treat customers well, so they come back. I'm definitely an example.
