Before this transaction, my experience with dealerships has usually gone from ok to painful between the sales department and the finance department. I have never been treated as well in a finance department as I was when I met Traci! Again no pressure. No push to add more stuff to the invoice. When I left Traci’s office I left as a human being, not the sad remains of a person who has just been sliced, diced and laid out to dry like so much beef jerky.
