Frustrating I recently dropped off my car at 8 AM and told them I would need it back before 1 PM. I even saw the associate stamp my paperwork and write 1:00 down. I recently dropped off my car at 8 AM and told them I would need it back before 1 PM. I even saw the associate stamp my paperwork and write 1:00 down. I had asked that before they start the work that they give me a call. At noon I had to call them and they had not even looked at my car yet. Needless to say it was not ready by 1:00 and I no longer had a ride to get my car. It was definitely a very frustrating experience. More

Tom, my service advisor, noted all my concerns and made sure these concerns were thoroughly investigated and resolved in a reasonable time and the waiting area was very comfortable. I'm still haunted by the very poor radio reception in my 2012 Toyota RAV 4, however, Tom suggested that the radio might be defective and they will do everything necessary to resolve this on my next visit. This was a little disappointing as I had brought it in before this for investigation of the poor radio reception and would have expected that a through investigation would have been done then. Outside of the radio reception, I'm very satisfied with my RAV 4 and the service experience had been very good at this dealership. I'll be very ecstatic if the poor radio reception can be resolved at my next service visit. More

Battery I had an appointment for Friday but I needed to bring in the car sooner than that date, so I called in Wednesday morning and brought the car. To begin with, I spoke to Tom Hackett on the phone and it was easy to get a convenient appointment time to bring my car in for service.. I then received a confirmation email with the date, time, and the reason for the appointment. It also showed the name of the service technician I had requested, Dave Church. The management and employees who work there always give me their best effort to make me a satisfied customer. When you really come down to it, the one person who has for the past 15 years been the technician who I have requested to work on my vehicles is Dave Church. He is excellent and I never have to worry if a repair is be done correctly, very reassuring. More
