It was very nice working with Tom and the Sarant team on my new Cadillac buying experience. The process was low pressure and they answered all my questions with transparency and patience. While completing t my new Cadillac buying experience. The process was low pressure and they answered all my questions with transparency and patience. While completing the sales process I was introduced to the service management and advisement team. Each person was genuine and seemed to enjoy their jobs. The service manager assured me that I could stop by any time if had a question or concern. Before I left with my new car, Tom spent an hour with me in the car showing me how to use the many features and setting up my phone and On Star account. I was very happy. More
