I made an appointment to have my tires replaced, oil changed, and the rear liftgate inspected. My appointment was two weeks from the time it was scheduled. On my arrival I was notified that my tires we changed, and the rear liftgate inspected. My appointment was two weeks from the time it was scheduled. On my arrival I was notified that my tires were not shipped to the dealership, and that no one knew of the rear liftgate inspection needed. I had to wait an additional hour and a half for the tires to be delivered and had to order struts for the rear liftgate, hoping that this will solve the issue. They did compensate for my time, which was greatly appreciated. Even though this was a little bit of an issue, I still highly recommend this dealership and I will continue to have service completed there. More

I have been always greeted with a friendly face. The area is always clean and the lounge is very comfortable.
