Deceptive, disrespectful, lied multiple times. Sent to finance without even discussing the numbers. Finance woman was extraordinarily rude and disrespectful the two times I spoke to her. I specifically asked for her to not have anything to do with my transaction. She apparently communicated through Zakk and did everything anyway. I would highly recommend she be fired after her behavior and the manager Carlos and Zakk need significant retraining. I walked away from San Jose Mitsubishi because of a disrespectful salesperson. I wish I had walked away from Universal as well. Zakk was kind and helpful at first, but deceiving me, or any customer, when dealing with personal information and running credit is certainly unethical and probably illegal. This is the 5th Mitsubishi I have owned and it will definitely be the last, no matter how much I like or dislike the car after my experience with these two dealerships. More
