I ended up following Tim and joined his Long McArthur live stream membership. I also had the opportunity to meet Tim in Las Vegas and spend some time learning about him, his family, and Long McArthur. Fast forwarding, Kyle Davis was my salesman. Kyle is someone that I've learned to be highly devoted to his customers. After I placed my Maverick order, Kyle reached out to me close to 11pm just to make sure everything was correct on the order sheet before it was entered into the system. Has anyone met a salesman that does that? I'll tell you that I'm from the Dallas, TX area and have never met a salesman like that. Kyle worked with me from the beginning of the order until the day I've received my Maverick. Niles Gridley is another person I would like to give kudos to. Niles worked with me on PPF, window tint, and spray-in bedliner. Niles was rapidly responsive in my multiple emails with questions and concerns.
