Would have been rated much higher, but since our purchase it’s been almost impossible to get a hold of them regarding some issues we’ve had. We still don’t have the second key either for our vehicle almost t it’s been almost impossible to get a hold of them regarding some issues we’ve had. We still don’t have the second key either for our vehicle almost three weeks after purchase and an issue we raised the evening of purchase and some other needs we had have gone unanswered. Also, being a woman does not mean someone isn’t the person to communicate with for business purposes, especially when she is the one who does all the financial planning - it isn’t the 1950’s… We might try a different GB location to see if any better for the next of our two vehicles we need to purchase this year. It’s a shame, we thought we found our next dealership go-to place, and would have been nice to have been return customers for the location to them as well from their perspective (I’d imagine). More

I bought a Transit Connect in April and there some emission parts on back order at time of purchase. Well, end of June the parts finally showed up which was a good thing because my plates were suspend emission parts on back order at time of purchase. Well, end of June the parts finally showed up which was a good thing because my plates were suspended June 2nd due to not being able to test without the check engine light on.Nothing like not being able to drive a vehicle but pay on it. Chris the used vehicle manager was supposed to let me know the parts were in but have never heard from him. Instead I heard from our salesman that the parts were in. When I dropped it off, I was told it would take all day. There was also a locking lug nut that was not removed when the vehicle was traded in. Thankfully that was covered for no charge. I got a call at 10:30 in the morning that everything was done. So much of this transaction could have gone sooo much better. More
