I bought a Transit Connect in April and there some emission parts on back order at time of purchase. Well, end of June the parts finally showed up which was a good thing because my plates were suspend emission parts on back order at time of purchase. Well, end of June the parts finally showed up which was a good thing because my plates were suspended June 2nd due to not being able to test without the check engine light on.Nothing like not being able to drive a vehicle but pay on it. Chris the used vehicle manager was supposed to let me know the parts were in but have never heard from him. Instead I heard from our salesman that the parts were in. When I dropped it off, I was told it would take all day. There was also a locking lug nut that was not removed when the vehicle was traded in. Thankfully that was covered for no charge. I got a call at 10:30 in the morning that everything was done. So much of this transaction could have gone sooo much better. More

Where to begin... I don't want to tell the full story at this time, as I'm just not up to it... but with the service at Gordie Boucher Ford of West Bend, I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to ever this time, as I'm just not up to it... but with the service at Gordie Boucher Ford of West Bend, I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to everyone I know. Things began with one of my worst car experiences ever (January 2021) and here we are in April, and through dedicated service, communication, and a wonderful team in the used car department (especially Tim Heim and Nick GreenHalgh... thank you both), I am driving a spectacular vehicle. It is the people that make the company, and the two above mentioned went above and beyond to ensure i was satisfied. I am 100% convinced they would have wished i would have gone away, but they never allowed for me to feel that way. They wanted me to leave happy and in the car i wanted, and for that I thank them, and wholeheartedly recommend this dealership:because of the people. Cheryl, answering my many calls... Jacob, from service... Wayne, in management... and more - And repeated again, Tim Heim! The best used car sales manager I Know to exist.
