Customer service with attention to detail. I leased a 2019 Honda CRV EX from Honda of Lisle. I completed a lot of research prior to choosing the CRV. I also shopped around at several Honda de I leased a 2019 Honda CRV EX from Honda of Lisle. I completed a lot of research prior to choosing the CRV. I also shopped around at several Honda dealerships (4) and numerous other auto brand dealerships. I chose to bring my business to Honda of Lisle. Tim Korallus is the General Manager. He is passionate about making sure EVERY customer is taken care of in the most professional manner. I met my Honda sales professional early on in my car shopping experience. Her name is Debbie Pierce. I believe she is the most patient, understanding and educated in her field as a sales professional you will find in the business. No pressure with Debbie. I test drove and price checked several Honda models with Debbie. I challenged her with pricing and she always responded in the most professional manor. Debbie valued my time. When it came time to finish the deal, I made an appointment with Debbie and everything was completed in a short period of time with attention to detail. The finance office was great. No surprises and all questions were answered thoroughly. Tim the sales manager followed up after the deal was complete with a handshake and an offer of, "Let me know if there is anything else we can do to exceed your expectations." I highly recommend shopping around and then challenging Honda of Lisle to exceed your expectations. Kudos to HOL! More

Defective new Honda Pilot Purchased 2019 Honda Pilot Touring and left the cold weather of Chicago and drove to Florida. The Pilot had no functioning air conditioning!!! After a Purchased 2019 Honda Pilot Touring and left the cold weather of Chicago and drove to Florida. The Pilot had no functioning air conditioning!!! After a miserable hot/windows down highway drive it returned to Honda of Lisle where, after 2 days in the shop, the service ticket told the story: “No cold air, AC compressor not engaged (clutch). No refrigerant was recovered. After recharge with dye let car run W/AC on, inspected for leaks with UV light. No leaks found.” Service rep said it probably left the factory in this condition. Service rep did not know if “dealer prep” included checking the A/C system. Service rep looked puzzled when asked if the factory had been notified. Manager Kabir Sheikh wasn’t concerned about the situation. Dealer Manager Tim Korallus sent me an email with the link to complete this survey and to contact him if I was not completely satisfied. As of April 6, 2019 Mr. Korallus has not responded to my email detailing this issue that was sent on March 14, 2019. I’ve been a Honda of Lisle customer of over 7 vehicle purchases only to learn that customer loyalty is a slogan at Honda of Lisle, not a practice. They gave me the keys to a car that had defective A/C, wanted to charge me $79 to analyze the problem and didn’t care that Honda had sold a new car that didn’t meet my (reasonable) expectations...As a result my elderly in-laws, wife, and I had a less than stellar vacation and first month of ownership with the car in the shop for 2 days. More

Easiest car purchase ever! Honda of Lisle is by far the best car dealership I’ve ever been to, bottom line. The staff treats you like family and is willing to spend as much time Honda of Lisle is by far the best car dealership I’ve ever been to, bottom line. The staff treats you like family and is willing to spend as much time as you need answering any and all questions you might have. Scott is truly phenomenal and so down to Earth. He stayed far past the end of his shift to ensure we we were well taken care of and everything was completely set for our ride home in our brand new gorgeous vehicle. The manager, Tim, went above and beyond to make sure we got the additional accessories we were looking for, too! One of the delightful office workers, Heather, even actually made it a point to stop and answer some questions for us and provide some insight on a few different vehicles. Shawn made the finance process a breeze. It really is as if everyone there cares about your car buying needs! We have purchased many cars over time and Honda of Lisle far surpasses any experience we’ve ever had! More
