Everyone was very professional and polite. I felt no pressure to buy. Everyone in Sales & Finance were very helpful. The salesman, Luis, was very helpful and helped guide me through the process. However, the Service Dept who performed the final inspection failed to note a serious concern. After driving the car to my home only 3 miles away, I raised the hood & was shocked to discover torm insulation hanging from the hood & muddy material all kver the engine. Upon returning the vehicle to the Service Dept., I was told that they had a problem with raccoons getting into the cars on the parking lot. He replaced the insulation; however, I had to ask him to wash the mud off the engine. This major inconvenience was not anticipated for a new car purchase. I believe greater attention should be given to ensuring final service inspection checklist is accurate. More

This experience was easier than others in the past. Most of the negotiating was done over the phone with Marcus and Tim. Marcus was very patient with me as I didn't really want to part with my 15 yr old va of the negotiating was done over the phone with Marcus and Tim. Marcus was very patient with me as I didn't really want to part with my 15 yr old van and had a slight panic attack in the dealership. A few days later I went back and purchased a brand new 2021 Honda Pilot Ex-L. Everyone was super helpful, knowledgable and friendly. We were only there 2 hours. Most of that was just waiting our turn for the finance office. The young lady in accessories and technology was super friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions with grace and patience. More
