All the positive hype about this dealership is absolutely false. They care about the bottom line and not the consumer. I bought a Pre-Certified 2019 Honda CRV with 65,000 miles. I have had it for less then 3 false. They care about the bottom line and not the consumer. I bought a Pre-Certified 2019 Honda CRV with 65,000 miles. I have had it for less then 3 mos., and already it's been in their shop more than 4 times. The last time was to repair a rattle under the carriage. When I drove the car home after the repair, the rattle was still there. This was a Pre-Certified car! They sold me a warn out car for which I paid way too much. After repeatedly asking for their help in rectifying this situation, they would not help me. I am a 76 year old single woman on a fixed income, and I need an auto that is going to be reliable. That's not what I got. They don't care. They got my money. I caution you to not assume that a Pre-Ceftified car from this dealership is that as it is indeed not that at all. They must have the worst auto mechanics in Memphis. I caution you do not give these people your business when buying a used car. They are deceptive. More

While I had other local dealers I could have used Wolfchase provided the exception service I often found lacking at other dealers. It was better than another local Honda dealer from whom I bought my Wolfchase provided the exception service I often found lacking at other dealers. It was better than another local Honda dealer from whom I bought my wife an 2019 Accord EX-L, two years ago, Wolfchase Honda offer me a better deal on the vehicle I wanted and conducted the most relaxed and profession negotiation on the car I have ever experienced. They gave me what I wanted when I wanted it. They also helped me figure out several aspects of the purchase that showed their customer service focus. My salesman Silas listened and worked hard to get to a point of sale. He was just the kind of salesman I wanted and got; knowledgeable, responsive and professional. In the end he was the reason I bought the CRV from Wolfchase and not one of the other local dealers. More
