It's difficult to get an appointment due to the large volume of service they do, but the service is good once you're there. When I unfortunately had an engine failure in my dream car…I knew the first place I would go is KLABEN Ford of Kent! I knew Kim from along time ago as she was the customer service advisor for our fleet of car…I knew the first place I would go is KLABEN Ford of Kent! I knew Kim from along time ago as she was the customer service advisor for our fleet of vehicles at a landscaping company I worked for. She is very memorable because she knows her s#*t about cars!! And is very friendly!! Also Tom the service manager was outstanding!! He not only kept me up on all the progress of each step, he made this possible nightmare, an actual pleasant experience!! I never actually met Anthony, but from what I heard he worked extensively on my car… and after the return of my car you can’t tell it had a total engine replacement…and that’s the best thing about it!! I definitely recommend this service department!! More
