So what happened next is why Mike Brandvold is a God among men he has gone the extra mile. Cameras need computer alignment well that didn’t work so now it need some kind of module that is in Memphis. Mike did everything to get next day could not, not his fault Ford’s. Shout out to Brandon in the shop always dose excellent work. While waiting awesomeness Maximus ( Chris Moldas) and I built a tremor but with all the shortages unfortunately not gonna happen. What a guy to sit down and take the time. There are not enough accolades to describe my amazing experience with Klaben Ford . I actually live in northern Virginia and found out through friends here about Klaben when I couldn’t find a reliable de experience with Klaben Ford . I actually live in northern Virginia and found out through friends here about Klaben when I couldn’t find a reliable dealership In my area to help me with an issue with my Ford Escape. Klaben took over for me and provided us with all the support, direction and education that was lacking to get the proper outcome to an otherwise nightmare of a situation. Thanks to Richard Klaben, his service manager Tom, along with their entire staff we were able to get our 2018 Ford Escape engine replaced - for virtually nothing even though it was out of warranty . All Mr. Klaben kept saying was “ it’s the right thing to do and we want all Ford customers to be happy and satisfied . “ He even offered to send one of his own employees here - 400 miles away - to pick up our car and repair it at no cost to us ! I actually refer to this as going way above and beyond “ the right thing”. Thank you doesn’t come close to showing our appreciation for such a great dealership , along with an amazing staff from top to bottom .
