Tom, the sales manager, made the negotiating process smooth- no games- low pressure and hassle free. There was mutual respect between Francesco, Tom and I resulting in win win for all parties. Peyton the finance manager offered me package options that actually made sense. He was straight forward and not pushy. He also took time to understand my needs and customized a package for me. It was a pleasure working with these three gentlemen, I highly recommend them and will buy again from this dealership. More

Finance Department was quick to respond to emails that allowed me to share what I was looking for. When I had to cancel my appointment due to being out of town, staff worked with me to reschedule and have allowed me to share what I was looking for. My wife and I came to the Acura Columbus dealership for service on our 2014 MDX. We only intended to take a test drive of the 2022 MDX. We were introduced to Sam by Tom Cole. Sam did an outstanding job of explaining and demonstrating, in detail, the features on the new 2022 MDX. We were so impressed with his knowledge, expertise and professionalism. Spent a great deal of time with us and at the conclusion of our conversation we decided to purchase a new vehicle. Also want to mention that we met with Adam in the finance department. . He was also very easy to work with and highly knowledgeable. Finally, I can’t say enough about Tom Cole and the way he helped us navigate what can be a fairly complex process.
