I've been with Smythe Volvo since 1991 and have over thirty years experience in the automotive industry. The best part about working at Smythe Volvo is the local business feel of the company. Knowing almost every customer who walks into the shop is a great feeling. My favorite Volvo of all time was the C30. It was a small, fast and super-fun 2 door hatchback with a turbo 5 cylinder engine. When not at Smythe Volvo, you can find me kayaking or fishing somewhere in New Jersey.

New car buying experience was vey pleasant, Shaun and the rest of the Smythe Team are great, especially the Service Center. Shaun was very helpful and knowledgeable, right down to helping me get through to rest of the Smythe Team are great, especially the Service Center. Shaun was very helpful and knowledgeable, right down to helping me get through to my insurance company by finding an alternate phone that was answered in less than a minute so I could get insurance coverage on the vehicle. As always, Smythe Volvo is exemplary in dealing with my Volvo issues. My sense is that Smythe Volvo employees are 100% honest with me and carefully explain issues. We have dealt with the first-class Smythe Volvo for years and would never go anywhere else. This visit was to buy out my lease and purchase my 2018 XC60 (I would have leased again but Volvo has discontinued and would never go anywhere else. This visit was to buy out my lease and purchase my 2018 XC60 (I would have leased again but Volvo has discontinued my car color & only has boring, pedestrian colors now). Bob Cerza made everything so straightforward and stress free...he was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Also, a shout out to Ernest Gomez in Finance who made a confusing (to me) process go so smoothly and stress free. I had spoken on the phone with both Bob & Ernest & then understood that I was a little uptight about this entire process and they both assured me that it would be a smooth ride and they were both so right!! Thank you so much to Bob, Ernest & Smythe...a great team!! More
